We started value adding other garden produce: basil, rocket, coriander and parsley. I had always made my own pesto and decided to use local macadamia nuts and oil. We took our product to more stores and indulged ourselves in the kitchen coming up with other combinations.

A new fruit shop opened in Kyogle, they started stocking our honey and eggs.

I started value adding the honey and soon was stocking them with the Honey Nut Seed Slice (our first value added product).
